Submission Guidelines:

• For Preparation of manuscript, You are advised to follow the guidelines and the template given in the IEEE website, word and latex format can be downloaded from the link:
  https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
• The number of pages are limited to 6 including references. No author biography at the end. Similarity with other papers should also be low (Generally, a similarity index of more than 30 % is not acceptable for publication).
• Maximum File Size allowed is 3 MB and the file format is Adobe PDF (.pdf) without encryption and/or passwords.
• Each paper must be original and unpublished work, has not been submitted for other publication elsewhere.
• A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration.
• If a paper is accepted, at least one author needs to register and present the paper.
